These Terms & Conditions govern your use of neurallight.in and any services, digital products or equipment rentals provided by NeuralLight (OPC) Private Limited (“NeuralLight”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

NeuralLight (OPC) Private Limited is a company registered in India and based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We provide AI agents and automation, AI images and video, social media content, websites and online stores, production and post-production, consultancy and training, equipment rental and digital products.

2. Using this website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
  • We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
  • Links to third-party websites are for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.

3. Services (projects)

  • Quotes: every project is based on a written quote or proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, number of revisions and payment terms. The quote forms part of our agreement with you.
  • Payments: prices are in Indian Rupees unless the quote says otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes are added as required. An advance may be required before work starts.
  • Your materials: you are responsible for making sure that any logos, footage, images, music, text or other material you give us can be legally used, and you allow us to use it for your project.
  • Timelines: we will do our best to meet agreed timelines. Delays caused by late feedback, missing materials or events beyond our control may change delivery dates.
  • Ownership: once we receive full payment, you own the final deliverables listed in the quote. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, raw files and know-how unless the quote says otherwise.
  • Portfolio: we may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to, or the work is confidential.

4. AI-generated content

  • We use commercially licensed AI tools. AI outputs can contain errors or unexpected results; please review deliverables before publishing them.
  • We only use a real person’s face, likeness or voice with their documented consent. You must not ask us to create content that impersonates someone, misleads people, or infringes anyone’s rights.
  • Where platforms or laws require AI-generated content to be labelled, you are responsible for labelling it when you publish it.

5. Digital products

  • Licence: when you buy a digital product (such as an ebook, template, prompt pack, LUT, preset, AI agent or course), you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or your own business. Unless the product page says otherwise, you may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute it.
  • Delivery: digital products are delivered as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • Refunds: see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Results: our products share methods we use in our own work. Results depend on how they are used, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome.

6. Equipment rental

  • Rentals are charged per shift of 12 hours. GST is added on the final bill and transport is charged separately.
  • Attendants are provided per 12-hour shift; the number depends on the quantity, size and weight of the equipment.
  • We may ask for a government-issued ID and a refundable security deposit before releasing equipment.
  • The renter is responsible for the equipment from handover until return, including loss, theft or damage (other than normal wear). Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit or invoiced.
  • Equipment must be used safely, as intended, and in line with applicable laws and permissions.
  • Equipment must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition. Late returns may be charged as additional shifts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeuralLight is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project, product or rental is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

8. Indemnity

You agree to compensate NeuralLight for losses caused by your breach of these terms or by material you provide that infringes someone else’s rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase or booking applies.
