Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for digital products, services and equipment rentals from NeuralLight (OPC) Private Limited. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital products

Because digital products (ebooks, templates, prompt packs, LUTs, presets, AI agents and courses) can be downloaded or accessed immediately, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We will, however, give a full refund if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order;
  • you did not receive access to the product and we cannot fix this within 7 days of your message;
  • the file is faulty or corrupted and we cannot provide a working version; or
  • the product is materially different from its description on our website.

Refund requests for digital products must be made within 7 days of purchase.

2. Services (projects)

  • If you cancel before work starts, we refund any advance paid, minus costs already incurred on your behalf (for example bookings, crew, licences or travel).
  • If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, plus costs already incurred. Any balance of the advance is refunded.
  • Revisions are included as set out in your quote. Dissatisfaction with creative direction after approval of a concept or draft is handled through revisions, not refunds.
  • Specific cancellation terms in your signed quote or proposal take priority over this section.

3. Equipment rental

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked start time receive a full refund of any advance paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booked start time may be charged up to one shift’s rental, plus any transport already arranged.
  • Security deposits are refunded after the equipment is returned and checked, minus any charges for loss, damage or late return.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email info@neurallight.in or message us on WhatsApp +91 88885 74761 with your name, order or booking number, and the reason for your request.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days; the time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
