NeuralLight (OPC) Private Limited sells digital products and services and rents equipment. We do not ship physical goods by courier. This policy explains how each is delivered.

1. Digital products

Digital products (ebooks, templates, prompt packs, LUTs, presets, AI agents and courses) are delivered online only; nothing is shipped.
After successful payment, you get access immediately through a download link on the order confirmation page and in the order email sent to the address you provide.
You can also download your purchases from the My Account area of our website.
Download links may have a limit on the number of downloads or an expiry date, as shown on the product page.
If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment, check your spam folder and then contact us. We will send your files or a new link.
Digital products are available to customers in India and worldwide.

2. Services

Project deliverables (videos, images, designs, websites, AI agents and documents) are delivered digitally, through secure file-transfer links, shared drives or direct handover, within the timeline agreed in your quote.
Websites and AI agents are delivered by setting them up on your accounts or ours, as agreed in the quote.

3. Equipment rental

Rental equipment is collected from our Mumbai location at the agreed time, or delivered to your location for a separate transport charge.
Delivery outside Mumbai is available on request and quoted separately.
Attendants are provided per 12-hour shift, depending on the quantity, size and weight of the equipment.
